Samantha & Tyler's Rehearsal

The weather was beautiful again on Saturday morning, which was great for rehearsing where the wedding ceremony would take place... outdoors! The setting was picturesque, nestled on the riverbank in a quiet grove of shade trees. The "aisle" descended down a hill from a beautiful old farmhouse.
Everything went smoothly, and the run-through allowed the bridal party to work out any kinks and nerves. We all died laughing when Uncle Archie answered "Who gives the bride?" with "My mother and I." So classic... we loved it!
Grandma and Pappy practicing their "descent" down the aisle. Thankfully, no one fell, though it was a pretty trecherous walk the next day when we were wearing high heels. We joked that it would have been totally YouTube worthy had we all come down on a slip-n-slide.
My cousin Ben escorted Aunt Janie down the aisle. So sweet.
My parents were my heroes the whole weekend. They chased after Will for two days straight (he loves to run outdoors), so I could perform my bridesmaid duties. I think he kept GrandBrad on his toes! One more day before it's official...
