Mid-September we headed back to the beach for a mini-vacation.
The first day, a school of fish had just washed up on the beach, so Will had a fabulous time playing with a few of them in his bucket of water, before throwing them back into the ocean.
Little sis was content to watch everything from her beach blanket in the mornings. We'd go in for lunch and for her to nap, and big brother (who usually doesn't nap) found himself fast asleep before he could even finish eating. He just wore himself out! Mimi and GrandBrad were happy to oblige his afternoon snuggles.
This was GrandBrad's idea of babysitting on the beach...
Meredith was working hard on getting her footing...it won't be long now before she's running up and down the beach!
We enjoyed sunny skies, good quality time with the family, and wore ourselves out having a good time. Only thing that would have made it better was if Daddy could have been with us!
